Zhen Liu is a Partner at Gunderson Dettmer, specializing in venture capital and private equity, joint ventures, cross-border M&A, SEC compliance, and corporate governance since October 2012. Zhen Liu has substantial experience representing private and public companies at various stages of their life cycle, alongside venture and institutional investors. Previously, Zhen Liu worked at DLA Piper as an Attorney from March 2010 to September 2012, focusing on the TMT, clean technology, consumer products, and pharmaceutical sectors. Earlier roles include advising Fortune 500 companies at Jones Day, serving as a China Law Center Fellow at Yale Law School, and conducting research with the Council on Foreign Relations. Zhen Liu's academic background includes a Master's degree in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law.
