Rachel Rendell

Rachel Rendell has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting as an HR & Training Director at Smart Group Recruitment Solutions in 2001. Rachel later held roles such as HR Advisor at R.E.A.L. People Solutions, HR Executive at Poole Audi, and Group HR Manager at Ocean Automotive Limited. Most recently, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon before becoming a Human Resources Manager and eventually the HR Director at Gungho Marketing Ltd in 2021.

Rachel Rendell attended Solent University from 1994 to 1998, studying Human Resource Management.
