Nathan Atterbury

Nathan Atterbury has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Nathan started their career at Adare SEC as a Software Development & Support Supervisor. Nathan then moved to Securitas Micro-route Ltd, where they held roles as a Project Manager and later as a Programme Manager, responsible for IT deployment and managing a team of project managers and engineers.

At Loomis, Nathan served as the Head of Cash Management Services, overseeing the nationwide note/coin processing and cash forecasting operation. Nathan later took on the role of Area Director for London & South East, where they successfully improved operating profitability and customer retention.

Nathan's next position was at Barron McCann Ltd as a Change Consultant, leading transformational change within various business units. Nathan focused on organizational design, process improvement, and integration.

Currently, Nathan is working at Gunnebo as the Vice President of Operational Excellence. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain & Customer Service, managing the supply and distribution of 1,700 product lines across six continents. Nathan also led the implementation of a global S&OP program to improve factory performance. In addition to these roles, Nathan was appointed as a Managing Director for Gunnebo Logistics BV and served as a registered Company Director for Gunnebo UK Limited.

Nathan Atterbury, FCIPD obtained their Chartered Fellow degree in 2011 from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, completing their CIPD Qualifications.
