Darryl Cooke

Darryl Cooke is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Co-Founder of gunnercooke llp since September 2010, a firm designed to reshape the delivery of legal services through a model focused on senior partner-level lawyers and fixed costs. In addition, Darryl holds the position of Chairman at Inspire Accelerator Foundation, advocating for a more equitable distribution of funding among charities. Previous roles include Head of Corporate at Hill Dickinson LLP and Head of Private Equity EMEA at DLA Piper, alongside a long tenure in similar leadership positions at Addleshaw Goddard.
