James Christiansen

James Christiansen has an extensive work experience in operations management. James was the Chief Operations Officer at Gunwerks, LLC from May 2017 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as the Production Control Manager at LeanWerks from April 2017 to May 2017. From February 2017 to April 2017, they held the position of Operations Professional at Actively seeking new opportunities. James also had significant roles at SilencerCo, where they served as the Chief Operations Officer from April 2013 to February 2017, and as the Vice President of Operations from December 2011 to April 2013. At SilencerCo, they demonstrated leadership by building and leading a team of over 260 employees, expanding production capacity by 115%, and reorganizing the production leadership team. Additionally, they served as the machine shop foreman, managed the schedule of six departments, and oversaw 68 CNC machines to ensure on-time delivery.

James Christiansen attended the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 2017, where they studied Executive Leadership. In the same year, they also enrolled at the school again to pursue a degree in Executive Leadership. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, James studied Mechanical Engineering at Salt Lake Community College.
