Michael Wang

Michael Wang has extensive experience in corporate finance, currently working at Guotai Junan International since July 2021, focusing on IPO execution and corporate advisory. Prior to this role, Michael served as an Assistant Manager at Cinda International Capital Limited, where responsibilities included IPO execution, financial advisory, and corporate advisory from September 2018 to July 2021. Michael's career began as a Corporate Finance professional at Giraffe Capital Limited, handling IPO sponsorship and compliance from August 2017 to August 2018. Additionally, experience includes a management trainee position at South China Group from September 2015 to July 2017, with exposure to investment banking, equity trading, research, and group finance. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has also studied at Audencia's Grande Ecole program.
