Eduardo Lessa, CSM, ACP, ICP-ACC, SPC

Eduardo Lessa has a long and successful career in the technology industry. Eduardo began their career in 1992 as the Director of Product Management/Strategic Solutions at Fidelity Investments, where they were responsible for strategic positioning and product management of the internet sites with an annual budget of $10 million. Eduardo also served as the Director of Internet Services, leading the development and deployment of all Internet products provided to correspondent clients. In 2002, they became the Chief Information Officer at Gem Plumbing, Heating & Electric, where they developed automated (web-based) business intelligence dashboard and scorecard and implemented metrics for Financial, Operational, Customer Satisfaction, Personal Goals, and Supply Management. This implementation led to a 25% increase in productivity and 15% cost reduction for labor and materials cost. In 2009, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at Mediapeel. In 2012, they became the Production Director and Software Developer at ProProducts Web Design. In 2013, they joined Fidelity Investments as the Director Program Delivery Management, providing program delivery management for the customer protection services group. In 2015, they began working at Gurnet Consulting as the Vice President Strategic Solutions, Agile Practice Lead/Atlassian Product Manager, and Senior Consultant. As a Senior Consultant, they provided project execution and IT strategy services for clients across a broad spectrum of industries, specializing in leading-edge project management solutions. Eduardo also acted as coach, mentor and scrum master for various teams for the Agile Digital Transformation Program at a large New England Insurance company.

Eduardo Lessa obtained a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie between 1982 and 1986, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Eduardo then completed e-Commerce Track Business Courses at the UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX between 2000 and 2002. In 2020, they were awarded the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching - ICP-ACC certification from The International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). In 2022, they were awarded the Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
