Juan M. G.

Juan M. G. began their career in 2008 as a Summer Internship - New Business Development at Munich Re (Group). In 2010, they joined Oliver Wyman as a Financial Services Consultant. In 2011, they worked as a Strategy Advisor for both Grupo Llamex and Segurosbroker.com. In 2013, they became a Cofounder and CEO of Guros, an insurtech with a mission to deliver the best insurance experience. Juan M. also served as Cofounder and Head of Growth at Guros, where they were responsible for quantitative and qualitative analysis to improve internal and external management processes and capabilities.

Juan M. G. completed a Bachelor in Business Administration (Hons) at Lancaster University in 2011, majoring in European Management. Juan M. also completed a BBA (Hons) at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2011, majoring in Ciencias Empresariales Internacionales.
