Magali Martinez Silva

Magali Martinez Silva has over 9 years of work experience in Human Resources. Magali started their career in 2011 as an Auxiliary Specialist in Human Resources for Logística Walmart. From 2012 to 2018, they worked for Belcorp, TTI Global, Human Kind, Grupo GIN, Office Depot, and Vicky Form in various roles such as HR Project Coordinator, Ejecutive of Human Resources Services, Asesor of Personal, Jefe of Human Resources, and Coordinator of Human Resources. In 2020, they became a PBP at Mercado Libre and in 2022 they became a People Operations Specialist at Guros. During their time at GEODIS, they were an HRBP for both Mercado Libre and Multicuentas, where they managed 1400 and 300 people respectively. Magali was responsible for implementing recruitment and selection strategies, administering personnel, benefits and compensation, training and internal communication. Magali was also responsible for the migration of 231 representatives from agencies to GEODIS, and was successful in decreasing turnover from 19% to 6%.

Magali Martinez Silva attended Universidad Mexicana, S.C. from 2005 to 2009, where they received both a Licenciada and a Licenciatura in Comunicación.
