Nallely Luna

Nallely Luna has worked in various roles in the financial and customer service industries. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Encargado de Estandarización at Grupo Xcaret. In 2016, they moved to Grupo Financiero Banorte, where they worked as an Ejecutivo de Ventas until 2019. In 2019, they moved to BBVA as an Ejecutivo Comercial, and in 2020, they moved to HSBC as an Ejecutivo de Atención al Cliente. In 2021, they moved back to Guros, where they currently work as a Customer Success Specialist.

Nallely Luna received a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla between 2010 and 2015, with a field of study in Administracion de empresas turisticas.
