Head of Customer Success at Risika

Kristoffer Ekelund Gerdes is the current Head of Customer Success at Risika. Prior to this, they were an intern at SENS Innovation ApS from October 2018 to December 2018, where they proofread user manuals and other material, searched for new leads in cooperation with the sales team, produced a marketing strategy for SENS in cooperation with their CEO, and wrote PR materials for publishment on SoMe platforms. From March 2015 to July 2015, they were an intern at Hvidovre Kommune in the Economics and IT departments. And from April 2009 to June 2018, they were a middle manager and waiter at Terrasse Caféen, where they were responsible for customer relationships, business economics, and leadership. Prior to that, they were a sales assistant at SuperBest from August 2008 to March 2009, where they were responsible for customer relationships.

Kristoffer Ekelund Gerdes earned their Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Global Marketing & Innovation Management from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Kristoffer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Information Technology from KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi. In addition, they have a certification from Google in the Advanced Google Analytics course and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
