Christina Lanets

Christina Lanets has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Christina started their career at Norilsk Nickel as an HR Manager in July 2012, where they worked until June 2015. Christina then joined Armtek as an HR Manager from November 2018 to January 2021. In January 2021, they moved to ЕМК - Европейская Металлургическая Компания as an HRM, where they worked until May 2021. From May 2021 to March 2022, Christina served as an HRM at MyStream and was later promoted to the role of Human Resources Lead in November 2021. Currently, they are employed at Gurtam as a Talent Acquisition Managerin, starting from March 2022.

Christina Lanets began their education at Belarusian State University's Institute of Journalism in 2007, where they studied International Journalism until 2012. After a year break, in 2013, they attended Norilsk Industrial Institute (NII) for Preparatory Studies in Economics and Enterprise Management in the Construction industry. Christina'stime at NII concluded in 2014. In 2021, Christina Lanets enrolled in HRPR | IT-Recruiting School, specializing in IT Recruiting within the HR field.
