Dmitry Gerasimov

Dmitry Gerasimov started their work experience in 2013 as a Paralegal at LACS accounting and consulting firm. From there, they moved on to work as a Paralegal at Arbitrium in 2014. Later in the same year, they joined Raidla Lejins & Norcous and worked as a Legal assistant, providing support for clients' business activities and preparing legal opinions. In 2016, Dmitry joined Revera Law Firm as an Associate/Legal in the corporate and IT/IP practice, specializing in M&A and investment transactions in the IT industry. In 2019, they joined Gurtam as a Legal personnel, assisting with contracts and commercial matters, including sales projects, licenses agreements, service contracts, and agreements between affiliates. In 2021, Dmitry was promoted to Head of Legal at Gurtam.

Dmitry Gerasimov completed their Bachelor's degree in Commercial Law at Belarusian State University in 2016. Dmitry then pursued a Master's degree in law at the same institution, which they completed in 2018. Following this, they enrolled in the School of Business and Management of Technology at Belarusian State University to pursue a Master's degree in financial management, which is currently ongoing.
