Evgenia Bolbas

Evgenia Bolbas has had a diverse range of work experiences. In 2015, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Apart Hotel Comfort. From 2016 to 2019, they held the position of Head of Guest Service at Minsk International Film Festival "Listapad" and Theatre Forum TEART. In this role, they were responsible for organizing the collaborative work of a team, communicating with festival guests, coordinating logistics, and providing support during the festivals.

In 2019, Bolbas worked as a Logistics Officer at The 2nd European Games for International Sports Broadcasting. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Travel Coordinator at Firebird Tours. From 2019 to 2021, they had independent work contracts with ART Corporation, where they served as a Project Worker. Their responsibilities included being a print traffic manager at the MIFF Listapad 2019, coordinating shipments of festival films, managing customs clearing procedures, and ensuring quality control before screenings. Evgenia also worked as an online screenings coordinator at MIFF Listapad 2020, managing an online platform and communicating with right holders of film copies.

In 2021, Bolbas joined Gurtam as a Technical Support Engineer.

Evgenia Bolbas pursued their education from 2010 to 2015 at BSEU, where they studied Tourism and Travel Services Management. In 2021, they also attended IT Academy for a brief period, focusing on IT Project Management.
