Evgeny Koulikov

Evgeny Koulikov has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Evgeny is currently working as the Head of Engineering at Gurtam since March 2021, where they are responsible for managing and growing the Engineering department.

Prior to that, they worked at Lyft as an Engineering Manager from November 2019 to March 2021, where they directly managed two cross-functional teams.

Before their role at Lyft, they served as an Engineering Manager at Juno Inc. from May 2019 to November 2019, where they managed the Mobile department and one cross-functional team.

Evgeny also worked at Adform as an Engineering Manager from September 2017 to May 2019, where they directly managed two server development teams.

Earlier in their career, they held the position of Technical Product Manager at inCaller from July 2016 to February 2018, where they were responsible for delivery management and coordinating multiple sub-teams.

Additionally, they co-founded www.rem-poisk.ru in May 2015 and was involved in initiating the project and developing its business plan.

Evgeny has also worked at Forex Club as a Software Analyst/Product Owner from November 2014 to August 2016 and at Itransition Group Ltd. as the Head of Business Analyst Department in August 2014.

Evgeny'searlier experiences include working as the Head of Business Analyst Department and Lead Business Analyst at Telecontact from 2011 to 2014, and as a Technical Product Manager at CJSC Belarussian Telecommunication Network from 2009 to 2011.

Evgeny Koulikov received their Engineer's Degree in Economy and the organization of production in computer and software industries from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) from 2002 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained various certifications related to agile methodologies and project management. These certifications include Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in October 2019, Agile Product Owner Role, Agile Product Owner: Techniques, Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, and Managing Project Change from LinkedIn in February 2017.
