Olga Galai

Olga Galai has a diverse work experience. Olga started their career at ООО "Эдисофт" in 2014 as a Specialist in Customer Relations. Olga then joined ООО "Электронные документы и накладные" in 2015 as a Sector Manager for Customer Relations. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team and ensuring high-quality customer service. Olga also developed customer service policies, measured customer satisfaction, and built long-term relationships with clients. Olga worked extensively with 1C software, handling invoicing and generating reports for clients. Additionally, they worked with CRM systems and electronic document management systems. In 2020, Olga joined Gurtam as a Business Development Manager, where they are currently employed.

Olga Galai attended Belarusian State Economic University from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a degree in Economics and Management in Enterprise.
