Olga Yaskova has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and responsibilities within the technology industry. Olga started their career in 2012 as a Technical Support Manager at Megagroup Russia. In 2013, they joined Gurtam as a Sales and Customer Service Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Channel Account Manager. During their tenure at Gurtam, they also served as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for business development management in the CIS region.
In 2018, Olga took on the role of Business Analyst, where they developed technical tasks, described functional/non-functional requirements, and collaborated with designers on creating design mock-ups. Olga also consulted the technical team and managed product backlog in the scope team.
In 2019, Olga became a Product Manager at Gurtam, where they oversaw product metrics and presented results to the team and internal stakeholders. Olga also developed technical tasks and described requirements for the development team, as well as consulted with the technical team.
Most recently, Olga assumed the position of Project Manager at Gurtam in September 2021. In this role, they are responsible for activity and resource planning within the Development Center and Wialon platform, monitoring progress, directing project completion, and facilitating project activities.
Throughout their roles at Gurtam, Olga has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence processes and priorities. Their experience spans project management, product management, business analysis, and account management.
Olga Yaskova started their education at the State Technical University of Gomel in 2007 and completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Financial Management in 2012. During their time at the university, from 2009 to 2011, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Automatisation.
