Shilpa Bafna

Shilpa Bafna is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, financial and tax due diligence, and business advisory services. Currently serving as a Captain and Qualified Associate at Guru & Jana since April 2014, Shilpa specializes in business modeling, equity fund raising for start-ups, and regulatory compliance advisory. Prior experience includes roles as an Audit and Taxation Executive at Patel Mohan Ramesh & Co from November 2012 to March 2014, and as an Article at GRV & PK between 2007 and 2011. Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from SBMJC, following education at Cambridge School.
