Todd Lawrence

Todd Lawrence has extensive experience in aviation and law enforcement, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Line Captain at Sun Country Airlines since February 2011. In this role, Todd also functions as a FAA Designated Examiner, evaluating pilots for compliance with federal regulations. Additionally, as an Instructor and Check Airman, Todd oversees the training of new hire pilots and conducts regular performance assessments. Previously, Todd served as the Minneapolis Base Chief Pilot, focusing on management responsibilities. Prior to joining Sun Country Airlines, Todd worked as a Patrol Officer for the City of South St Paul from 2005 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a degree in Aviation and Meteorology from the University of North Dakota and a degree in Law Enforcement from Metro State University.
