Babita Jassal

Babita Jassal is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Vice President, People & Culture at Guru Studio since March 2021, after previously holding the position of Director, People & Culture. Prior to this, Babita worked as a People & Culture Business Partner (Manager) at TELUS from March 2020 to March 2021. Babita's extensive background includes roles at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies as Director and Manager of Human Resources, and at Rogers Communications Inc. as Human Resources Manager. Additional experience includes a Senior Human Resources Consultant position at CGI and HR Consultant at Deloitte & Touche. Babita started their career as Assistant Director of Employee Services at Holiday Inn Toronto Yorkdale. Academically, Babita has a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University and advanced education from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
