Aaron Unger

Aaron Unger is an accomplished software engineer with extensive backend development experience, currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Guru since February 2020, previously holding the role of Senior Software Engineer there. Prior to Guru, Aaron worked at Barclays from November 2015 to February 2020 as an Application Developer and Technical Lead. Aaron's career began with various roles, including Software Development Consultant at Unger Design and Software Engineer at The Concord Consortium. Earlier experience includes a QA Manager and QA Engineer/Lead position at Shasta QA and a Webmaster role at Zelerate. Proficient in programming languages such as Java and Ruby on Rails, Aaron has demonstrated a strong technical skill set throughout a diverse professional journey.
