Dr. Zulfikar Alimuddin

Dr. Zulfikar Alimuddin has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2014, they served as a Speaker for the United Nations. From 2015 to 2020, they held multiple positions at Hasnur Centre, starting as Deputy Chairman and later becoming the Executive Director. During this time, they also founded and chaired the YCHI Autism Center. In 2015, they became Director of SMA Global Islamic Boarding School, where they focused on transforming the organization into a thriving learning community. In 2017, they took on the role of Chairman of the Executive Board at Politeknik Hasnur. In 2018, they became the Director of HAFECS, a consulting service aimed at helping schools improve teaching and learning programs. In 2012, they served as the Chairman, Transformation Coach & Master Trainer at The New You Institute, where they provided training, consulting, and coaching in various areas including leadership, strategy, and productivity. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of GuruInovatif.id, a digital education platform. Additionally, starting in 2021, they also hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at PT. Cipta Daya Inovasi, a company focused on digital platform development in the education sector.

Dr. Zulfikar Alimuddin's education history begins in 1991 when they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Aerospace Engineering at RMIT University. After completing their undergraduate studies in 1995, they went on to obtain a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya between 2009 and 2011.

In 2013, Dr. Alimuddin pursued a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from INSEAD in Singapore. Dr. Zulfikar also obtained a certificate in Business and Executive Coaching from the Center for Executive Coaching in 2014. Additionally, they completed a certificate program in Finance for Non-Financial Managers from Terrapin Singapore, although the specific start and end dates for this program are not provided.

Recently, from 2016 to 2021, Dr. Alimuddin undertook their doctoral studies at Institut Teknologi Bandung, where they obtained a Doctoral Degree (Cum Laude) in Science in Management with a specialization in People and Knowledge Management. Dr. Zulfikar also achieved a Doctor of Science degree with a focus on People and Knowledge Management from the same institution during this period.

In terms of certifications, Dr. Alimuddin received a Sertifikasi Profesi from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi in December 2018. Dr. Zulfikar also completed a Coaching Training program at the Center for Executive Coaching in September 2014.
