Roni Eve Laufer

Roni Eve Laufer has held a number of roles in the past decade. From 2016 to present, they have been the Head of Exhibitions at GuruShots. From 2011 to 2010, they were the Marketing & Customer Relations Manager at Archive 2000 from Maman Group, where they located, prepared, and submitted government tenders, as well as private clientele proposals, and wrote work procedures and implementation in relevant departments. In 2010 to 2011, they were the Chief Producer at IMUSIC New Media and Cellular Content Company. From 2008 to 2006, they were the Gallery Manager at Katalog - Walk in katalog. From 2006 to 1993, they were the Chain Store Manager and Organizational Development Manager at Diada - home for parents and children. During this time, they translated the company's naturalistic parenting ideology into a profitmaking chain of stores, increased the number of stores, and created a new logistic Array. Roni Eve also had overall responsibility for procurement, staff, inventory, and visual language of the stores. From 1993 to 2006, they were the Organizational Development Manager at Laufer Aviation ltd - Ground handling company, where they started as a ground hostess and worked their way up to managing the passenger service departments with 150 employees and hundreds of scheduled flights a month. Roni Eve also created in-house training programs for junior management, as well as one on one coaching processes to executive-level management, and led the company to find its own unique goals, values & language, which were translated into organizational structure changes.

Roni Eve Laufer completed a diploma in Organization Development from Lahav Executive School of Management at Tel-Aviv University in 2005. In 1989, they earned a BA in Applied Art from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
