Currently serving as the Deputy Director of HR and Incubation at GUS Global Services India Pvt. Ltd. since April 2024, Neha oversees HR initiatives at Pearl Academy across multiple cities in India. Prior roles include Head of HR Business Partnering at The Good Glamm Group and AVP of Human Resources at LIDO, where Neha led talent acquisition and developed HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Neha also has a solid background in teaching and education consultancy, with impactful contributions to Teach For India and regional educational initiatives in Jammu and Kashmir. Neha holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University.
