Paul Lomba

Paul Lomba currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Gustavo Gusto GmbH & Co. KG since June 2021 and is the Founder of ESTEME since October 2019. Prior to these roles, Paul worked at Capgemini from January 2012 to May 2021, where responsibilities included Director of Engagement Management, focusing on delivering value to clients and fostering long-lasting relationships, as well as serving as People Development Lead, managing the development and staffing of a team of 250-300 individuals. Paul's career began at ConSol Software GmbH as a Junior Software Consultant from February 2010 to December 2011. Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Informatics from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (2007-2011) and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Informatics at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg.
