Mike Carvey

Since joining Gustin Partners in 1995, Mike has specialized in engagement delivery across executive search, transformation, and advisory initiatives. He has over 24 years experience in senior level executive recruiting and organizational consulting. Mike brings a strong entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial senior management background to the search process. Previously, Mike was President of the Lexington Resources Group, an executive search and consulting firm focused on building the management teams for early stage, venture backed, and technology companies.

Prior to entering the executive search field, Mike successfully served as National Field Marketing Manager with Data General and as Director of Customer Service with Applicon. He has a BA in economics from St. Anselm College, New Hampshire.
