Prior experience at Panera Bread from May 2010 to January 2020 included roles such as Regional Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Supervisor, highlighting expertise in managing training programs, café operations, and human resource processes. Whitley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Kennesaw State University.
