Meg Henkenhaf is an experienced event and reservations coordinator, currently serving as Assistant Event Manager at Gusto 54 Restaurant Group since September 2019. In this role, Meg manages daily reservations and large-scale events across multiple properties, achieving record sales and expanding the client's base for seasonal events. Prior to this position, Meg worked at Recipe Unlimited Corporation, where responsibilities included managing events and collaborating with sales teams to meet quarterly targets. Meg's earlier experience includes roles at Drake Hotel Properties and Drake One Fifty, as well as serving as Head Host and Event Coordinator at Origin Restaurant. Meg completed education at George Brown College between 2015 and 2017.
