Bobby Metcalf

Bobby Metcalf is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in management and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Gusto since July 2019, Bobby has held multiple managerial positions in carrier and benefit operations within the company. Prior to Gusto, Bobby worked as a Human Resources Manager at Target from 2016 to 2019 and as a Benefits Advisor in Account Management at Zenefits from 2015 to 2016. Bobby's military background includes service as a Combat Engineer in the United States Marine Forces Reserve from 2007 to 2013, with deployment to Afghanistan in 2010. Bobby holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the same institution, as well as a Post-Grad Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University.
