Karyn Kagiyama

Karyn Kagiyama is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief of Staff at Gusto, where focus is on removing organizational barriers to enhance team performance and customer value. Karyn also founded Scale2Grow, providing strategic consulting to address scaling challenges in organizations. Previous roles include Business Agility Consultant at Cprime, Inc., Co-founder and President of Flying Turtles, Inc., and Senior Director of Product Management and Strategy at Bongo. Karyn has successfully led customer success teams at SendGrid and served as a trusted advisor to the EMEA RVP at CA Technologies. Additionally, Karyn held senior leadership positions at Rally Software, including Senior Director of Solutions Marketing and Worldwide Senior Director of Technical Pre-sales, and has experience as Director of Product Management at SageFire, Inc. and Program Manager at Massively Parallel Technologies. Karyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
