Laura Holdgrafer

Laura Holdgrafer is an experienced leader in Governance, Risk & Compliance, currently serving as the Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance at Gusto since January 2024. Prior roles include Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance at The New York Times, where Laura managed a $5M+ budget and developed an Internal Controls framework for technology risk analysis. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President and Associate Director at FactSet, where responsibilities encompassed managing a global IT Governance, Risk & Compliance function and implementing critical processes for third-party risk and compliance. At Bunge, Laura built a global IT Governance program and designed an IT Risk Issue Management repository. Early in Laura's career at EY, vendor management and governance assessments were managed for leading financial services firms. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Enterprise Risk Management at St. John’s University.
