Mayura Muthye

Mayura Muthye currently serves as the Sr. Director of Product and Head of Payroll Services at Gusto, with a strong focus on leading product initiatives within the Payroll Services organization. Previously, Muthye was the Mobile Lead for Financial Products & Members at Gusto, where a significant achievement was the launch of Gusto Wallet, a mobile app designed to enhance financial well-being for users. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Product Manager at Uber, overseeing the Driver Debit Program and successful launches in both the US and Mexico, as well as contributions to various product teams. Muthye also held a position at shopkick, leading analytics on user acquisition and retention for a leading shopping app, and began a career in technology investment banking at Credit Suisse, managing high-profile transactions and IPOs. Educational credentials include executive education at Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, with a double major in Business Administration and Economics.
