Nicole Constanzo

Nicole Constanzo currently serves as a Senior Business System Analyst at Gusto since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Sr. Product Manager – Enterprise Applications at Cribl from May 2023 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading product strategy and optimizing Salesforce for support and customer experience teams.
