Diana Fricke

Diana Fricke has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Diana currently holds the position of Senior Director Qualitative Research at GutCheck since April 2022. Prior to this, Diana worked at Northwestern Mutual where they had two roles. Firstly, they were the Assistant Director of CX Strategy & Insights from June 2021 to April 2022. Secondly, they served as Client Experience/VOC from June 2017 to June 2021. Before Northwestern Mutual, Diana worked at Kohl's Department Stores as a Senior Consumer Insights Analyst from December 2012 to June 2017. Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Research Specialist at We Energies from October 1999 to November 2012 and as a Senior Research Analyst at Market Probe from 1996 to 1999.

Diana Fricke obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1988 to 1993. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Market Research at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1998 to 2001.
