Matthew Young

Matthew Young has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Matthew started their career as an Admissions Specialist at Saginaw Valley State University from July 2007 to May 2011. Matthew then worked as a Research Associate at Cassidy Turley for a brief period in May 2011. Next, they joined J.D. Power and Associates in July 2011 as a Research Associate Media & Marketing, where they contributed to syndicated and proprietary studies and served as a Global Research Operations team member. From November 2013 to January 2017, they worked at Kantar Millward Brown as a Manager, Research Design Management, where they provided research design consultation and delivered complete client consultations. Since January 2017, Matthew has been working at GutCheck, initially starting as a Client Services Manager and progressing to become a Senior Client Services Manager. In these roles, they focused on understanding business context, partnering with clients, prospecting for new accounts, demoing products, creating solution playbooks, and ensuring project goals and expectations were met. Matthew also developed and led strategy for a new vertical. In February 2022, they became the Director of Strategic Accounts before assuming their current role as the Senior Director, Strategic Enterprise Accounts from January 2023. Throughout their career, Matthew consistently met or exceeded goals and contributed to revenue growth.

Matthew Young attended Saginaw Valley State University - College of Business and Management from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. In 2009, Matthew also briefly attended Vesalius College, where they studied International Business. However, it is not specified whether they obtained a degree from Vesalius College.
