Thierry Leonardo

Thierry Leonardo has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning and policy implementation. Thierry served as the Head of Human Resources at GUTENBERG from 2023 to the present. Before that, they worked as the Directeur des ressources humaines at Style and Design from 2019 to 2023, where they were responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and implementing compensation policies. Prior to that, they were a Human Capital Business Partner at PwC France in 2019. From 2009 to 2019, Thierry held various HR positions at AXA, primarily as an HR Business Partner, where they provided HR support to different business units and led transformational projects. Thierry also worked as the Responsable Ressources Humaines at Prosodie - Capgemini from 2001 to 2009, where they oversaw recruitment processes, managed individual employee relations, and participated in training and development initiatives.

Thierry Leonardo completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management, specializing in the Management of Human Resources, from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School. Thierry attended the school from 2006 to 2007.
