Sara L’Heureux

Assistant Production Manager at Guthrie Theater

Sara L'Heureux has extensive experience in the arts and production management, currently serving as the Assistant Production Manager and Production Logistics Manager at Guthrie Theater since December 2005. In this role, Sara successfully developed multi-year budget analyses for an $8 million budget, managed payroll for up to 150 employees, and facilitated contract negotiations. Additionally, as the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee Chair, Sara created various programs to enhance inclusivity within the organization. Previous positions include Registrar/Events Coordinator at Minnetonka Center for the Arts and various roles in arts administration at Northern Clay Center, Concordia College Theatre, Rourke Art Gallery, and Plains Art Museum. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts, Theater, and Business from Concordia College.

Guthrie Theater

The Guthrie Theater was founded by Sir Tyrone Guthrie in 1963 and is dedicated to producing the great works of dramatic literature, developing the work of contemporary playwrights and cultivating the next generation of theater artists.
