Guthrie Theater
Sarah Stout Miller currently serves as the Director Of Individual Giving at Guthrie Theater, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah was the Director of Development and Development Officer at Citizens League from March 2018 to July 2022, and briefly worked as a Grant Reviewer for the Minnesota State Arts Board. Sarah's extensive experience in development includes project management for corporate and foundation relations at the University of Minnesota Foundation, and various positions at the Queens Museum, including Manager of Individual Giving & Development Operations and Development Operations Consultant. Additionally, Sarah held roles at PERFORMA, Rick Wester Fine Art, AIPAD, Blind Spot Magazine, and Howard Greenberg Gallery, demonstrating a strong background in fundraising, donor engagement, and arts administration. Sarah earned an MA in Visual Arts Administration from New York University and a BFA in Photography from Lesley University.

Guthrie Theater
The Guthrie Theater was founded by Sir Tyrone Guthrie in 1963 and is dedicated to producing the great works of dramatic literature, developing the work of contemporary playwrights and cultivating the next generation of theater artists. Under the artistic leadership of Joseph Haj, the Guthrie produces a mix of classic and contemporary plays on three stages, and continues to set a national standard for excellence in theatrical production and performance.
