Michael Cortez

Michael Cortez is a Partner at Forgepoint Capital International since June 2024, specializing in new investments within transformative cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and infrastructure software sectors across Europe, Israel, and Latin America. In addition to this role, Michael serves as a Seed Investor for multiple companies, including Gutsy, Opus Security, Piiano, Valence Security, Grip Security, Satori, Cycode, Orca Security, and Hunters, with investment activities spanning from 2019 to the present. Michael Cortez holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Fordham University, with further academic experience at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
