Ross T. Yates currently serves as a Partner and Corporate Attorney at Gutwein Law since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney and Summer Associate at Jackson Kelly PLLC from May 2016 to January 2021. Additionally, Ross held positions as a Legal Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives and a Law Clerk in the Office of Indiana Governor Mike Pence in 2015. Ross began an academic career as a Graduate Assistant at Marshall University from August 2011 to May 2013. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (2017), a Master of Science from Marshall University (2013), and a Bachelor of Science from Marshall University (2009).
