Rishab R has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Business Development Executive at Tech-o-mate & Co, where they excelled in expanding new business, hosting events, and exceeding sales goals. In 2018, Rishab joined Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales Lead, responsible for training and managing a team of BDEs. Rishab later became a Senior Business Development Manager, initiating successful campaigns in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and closing high-value orders. In 2022, Rishab joined Skill-Lync as a Senior Domain Manager, achieving significant sales growth and improving the performance of a 40-member team. Currently, they serve as the Product Lead at GUVI Geek Networks, where they drive revenue growth through strategic Go-to-Market plans and informed decision-making based on market research and analysis.

Rishab R has an Executive MBA degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Loyola Institute of Business Administration. They also have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Panimalar Engineering College.
