Nicki Fowler

Nicki Fowler is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management, currently serving as the Head of International HR at Guy Carpenter since June 2021. Prior to this role, Nicki held the position of Head of HR at Marsh, where the focus was on talent development, retention, and diversity and inclusion for a business area of approximately 700 employees. Within Marsh, previous roles included Senior HR Business Partner for Specialty Broking, as well as HR Leader for the Middle East, contributing to significant HR initiatives across multiple regions. Nicki's educational background includes a Master of Science in Strategic HR Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a degree in Social Policy from the same institution.
