Steven Wildon has extensive experience in sales operations and leadership within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Operations and Regional Sales Leader for the Middle East & Africa at Guy Carpenter since January 2018, Steven has also held the position of Global Sales, Head of Operations and Director of Operations. Prior to this role, Steven worked at Willis Ltd from April 2007 to December 2017, where the responsibility included serving as Global Sales Operations Director, overseeing all sales-related support and infrastructure for Willis Re on a global scale. Steven's educational background includes studies at St Helena in Colchester.
