Cynthia Duodu has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation, Roffey Park Institute, and Low Carbon Contracts Company. With a background in marketing management and organizational development, they have also worked in roles focused on operational delivery and organization development. Cynthia holds CIPD qualifications and is a Chartered Fellow (FCIPD).
