Emma Davies

Emma Davies is a Project Director at Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation, overseeing major real estate developments in London Bridge and Cambridge. With experience in residential and mixed-use redevelopment opportunities, Emma has held positions as an Associate Director at Strutt & Parker and a Senior Surveyor at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Emma is also a Chartered Surveyor specialized in land acquisitions and disposals. Emma is currently pursuing their APC and providing valuable advice on negotiation, appraisal, and affordable housing to clients. Emma holds a MSc in International Planning from University College London and a BA (hons) in Geography from The University of Sheffield.
