Heather Torres is an experienced executive talent consultant specializing in go-to-market strategies. Currently serving as an Executive Talent Consultant at GV (Google Ventures) since June 2025, Heather previously held roles at Sequoia Capital as an Executive Talent focusing on go-to-market executive talent for portfolio companies, and at Y Combinator as the Head of GTM & G&A Talent, where efforts were directed toward the Growth Fund until its winding down in March 2023.
