Melissa McLaughlin is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since March 2025, Melissa also holds advisory roles with GV and Agios Pharmaceuticals, along with teaching a leadership course at Boston College's Carroll School of Management. As the Chair of the Board of Directors at LUMICKS, Melissa contributes to advancing scientific innovation.
