Alda Oelen

Alda Oelen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resource management. Since January 2013, Alda has served as the Manager HR Vitaliteit at GVB. Prior to this role, Alda was the Manager Learning & Development at USG People the Netherlands from January 2011 to December 2012 and also held the position of Board Member at the Stichting Examens Uitzendbranche. Alda's earlier career includes significant roles such as Head Management & Organisation Development at Vroom & Dreesmann (2005-2010), Manager Transfer & Replacement at Maxeda (2003-2005), and HR Manager at Vroom & Dreesmann (2000-2003). Alda holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Academie Mens & Arbeid, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
