Marnix Overbeke

Marnix Overbeke is an experienced project leader currently working at GVB, Public Transport of Amsterdam, since May 2006. Prior to this role, Marnix served as Front Office Manager at Celebrity Cruise Lines from September 2003 to September 2005 and contributed as a Boardmember for the Foodbank Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows in early 2003. Marnix has also held the position of Sales Executive at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts in 2002 and was a Front Desk Manager at Disney World from February 2000 to August 2001. Marnix Overbeke holds a Practitioner degree in Project Management from Prince2, completed in 2015, and is certified in Lean Six Sigma from Schouten & Nelissen in 2011. Marnix's educational background includes attending Hotelschool The Hague from 1997 to 2000 and obtaining a College degree in Hospitality from MHS, De Rooi Pannen, Tilburg between 1994 and 1997.
