Martijn de Vries

Martijn de Vries is an experienced professional in the field of infrastructure and railway engineering, currently serving as Projectleider Metro Baan at GVB since January 2015, with previous roles including Senior Werkvoorbereider Metro and Werkvoorbereider Metro. Prior to GVB, Martijn worked at BAM Infraconsult as a Design Engineer, contributing to the OMA project for GVB/DM, and held networking responsibilities at Solyne BV. Earlier experience includes positions as a Railway Advisor at Grontmij, focusing on the DRIS project in Gelderland, a Railwaytrack Designer at Movares, and a Railway Electrification Designer at Witteveen+Bos. Martijn holds a BaE in Product Design & Engineering and an engineering degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
